Refund policy

1. Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

 

2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalised items.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Earrings and wearable Items.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is faulty or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at awe.misk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue.

7. How to Return an Item

  • Pack the item securely and include your proof of purchase.

  • Send the item to the return address provided.
